Preventing the spread of Coronavirus
We want to reassure everyone who comes to Clover House that we are taking the recommended actions that help keep us all healthy. We have always been guided by best practice – disposable protective equipment used for each person, state of the art sterilisation and total commitment to giving our patients the very best that we can.
In the current situation, we have introduced further measures in addition to our normal general cleaning routine, with regular wipe downs of communal areas, door handles and so on during each day. We are asking all visitors to the Practice to use our hand sanitiser on arrival and we also ask for your help in minimising any risk of spreading the virus. To keep everyone safe we have reduced the number of clinics operating everyday, so we have fewer numbers entering the building, which unfortunately means that there may be a slightly longer wait than normal to get your appointment. We will resume normal service as soon as we are allowed to do so.
Before you arrive
Please check your answers to the following questions:
- Have you tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 7 days?
- Are waiting for Covid-19 test results?
- Do you live with someone who has tested positive, or has had symptoms of Covid-19 in the last 14 days?
- Have you had any of the following symptoms:
- A new continuous cough
- Temperature of 37.8 C or above or fever
- A loss of, change in your sense of taste or smell
If you answer yes to any of these questions then you should not come to The Practice. Please call us on 01423 563344 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to rearrange your visit.
When you arrive
To keep everyone safe, we are minimising the numbers of people in the waiting room. Please try to arrive at your scheduled time. Please use the complimentary hand sanitiser as you enter. You will notice that we have reduced seating in the waiting area to keep everyone socially distanced. We encourage you to wear your mask until you are taken into the surgery. Please try to attend alone where possible. If accompanying a child, we request that only one parent or carer attends
The social distancing, increased ventilation in each surgery and enhanced PPE measures are working well, and we are still able to give you the friendly, professional service you are used to, whilst at the same time being confident that you are safe in our care.
We are completely committed to keeping the level of our patients’ dental health as high as it can be, and also to make sure that we deliver value for the investment you make in your oral health.
If you have any questions, we are always happy to help!
With our very best wishes, Jonathan, Sonny and all the team at Clover House.
