As a Chiropractor and Clinic Owner I fully understand the complexities of running a successful practice. I believe that the key is first class clinical standards, combined with the excellent patient communication and fully committed team. At Clover House you have all three down to a fine art! Good practice management is that you should never, no matter how busy you are, turn a new patient away. Once again this was true. When I attended Clover House I received a thorough review of my dental health . A fully comprehensive treatment plan was given to me we got to work.
I felt compelled to write this letter as I have always been self conscious of appearance of my teeth, I smiled with my mouth shut. Since having my treatment I have been beaming like a Cheshire cat! On Saturday night, whilst out with friends I received my first ever compliment on my teeth, I was thrilled to say the least. How many people can truthfully say it’s a pleasure going to visit their dentist – I can! The staff and professionals at Clover House are so friendly and welcoming that the whole experience is positive from start to finish. My dentist is Jonathan Pimley and I like and trust him so much that I have remained a patient of the practice even though I now live 25 miles away. Jonathan recently helped me to think through some changes I’d like to make to the appearance of my teeth to improve my self confidence as well as the wow factor of my smile. There was no pressure whatever to proceed – he made it clear that it was my choice and the speed at which I went ahead if I chose to do so was entirely up to me. I was provided with clear costings and then left to decide.
I did go ahead and had my teeth whitened and a few veneers added to my front teeth, and the results are amazing! Everyone has noticed and told me how much better I look – and one of the nicest things was that I could tell Jonathan was genuinely delighted for me and proud of his work.

Before I came in for a tooth removal I was so worried, but I really appreciated how you took the time to explain everything to me step by step it really helped me a lot. I have always been extremely nervous of any kind of treament - even just check ups but you and your team have always been so caring and understanding and I really appreciate this. I Just wanted to say many thanks for yesterday 17/06/09. Because of my increasing poor mobility and the wheelchair, it was really helpful not having to transfer many times. Because of this Mr Sagoo saw me in the Hygienist room. I stayed in the one chair all the time. What was worrying me, was all OK. Thank you all so much. Excellent service. Michael and I have been coming for a long time and would hate to stop, just because of my illness. You are all so helpful polite and friendly and the practice is accessible and very good.

I was in need of a new set of dentures; the ones I had were discoloured and I was embarrased about my smile. I asked Mr Pimley for his advice. we talked through his recommendations, ideas, and options and what I wanted as an end result. I have recently been fitted with a set of new dentures made and fitted by Jonathan Hughes. I must confess that I approached the first consultation with a fair degree of trepidation. My anxiety was totally unfounded as I found the whole process relaxed,friendly and extremely professional. The alternatives were fully explained at the initial consultation and the subsequent measuring and fitting appointments were comfortable and not the least embarrasing. I couldn't be more pleased with the result. The dentures fitted perfectly from the first, and the appearance is completely natural.
