If you are unable to attend or need to change your appointment we request that you give us at least 24 hours notice. This will allow us to give your appointment to someone who may have an urgent problem.
If less than 24 hours notice is given then it is practice policy to charge for the unused surgery time.
Please respect our appointment policy as it enables the practice to run efficiently. Please allow enough time to attend your appointment promptly.

Emergency
During practice hours, please ring the surgery as early in the day as possible. We operate an emergency appointment system every day. We will endevour to see patients in pain during these times.
Out of opening hours please call the practice telephone number and the answerphone will give you further instructions.
