To maintain your guarantee we request that you abide by the following simple conditions:

• You attend for review and recall appointments at intervals as indicated by your dentist. This enables us to keep a close eye on your dental health and ensure that any remedial work is carried out promptly & effectively.
• You maintain your dental health by effective cleaning and appropriate diet - as with most things, if maintenance isn't carried out premature failure is almost inevitable.
• You agree to wear protective devices such as night splints if they are recommended by your dentist.
• Our guarantee covers your restorations during normal use. We cannot guarantee restorations that have been subjected to trauma or inappropriate use. If you would like accidental damage cover, it is available in our dental care plans.
